Information We Collect

Your mobile number (for login/OTP), a username, and — once you complete KYC — your Aadhaar number and the name linked to it, verified via a third-party OTP e-KYC provider. If you link a payout method, we store your UPI ID or bank account details to send withdrawals.

How We Use It

To operate your account, verify your identity before withdrawals (required for anti-fraud/KYC compliance), process deposits and withdrawals, resolve battle disputes (including result screenshots you submit), and communicate with you about your account.

Payments

Deposits are processed by our UPI payment gateway partner; we don't store your card or UPI app credentials. Withdrawals are sent manually by an admin to the payout details you've saved.

Data Security

Access to your KYC and payout data is restricted to admin accounts needed to run the platform. We don't sell your personal data to third parties.

Your Choices

You can update your payout details or username at any time from your Profile. To request account deletion or data export, contact support from the Profile → Support / Help screen.
